Project Management For Drug Development is a two-day course provides a comprehensive learning experience in project management for senior managers and executives in the drug development industry. Led by Dr. Geoff Regester, a registered Project Manager (RPM) with the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM), the course focuses on best practice project management core competencies, tools and strategies which fit the challenges of development projects within the industry. Managers will develop new skills and refine existing knowledge while learning from the experiences and challenges of other industry players. Dr. Regester will draw from his 15 years of senior management experience in delivering complex R&D projects in both the government and private sectors to enrich this course with active discussions on actual bioscience research and development projects
